In case you do'nt know, the seedings are:
1: Long Island
2: Baltimore
3: New Jersey
4: Boston
Here are my picks. I know jmp is beating my pants off in the pick department but all that matters is the champion, just remember that :-)
Baltimore vs. New Jersey
The Bayhawks have downed the Pride in both meetings this year, 20-16 and 14-13. Baltimore picked it up against Rochester last week, week, then got rained out against LI. Jesse Hubbard has been solid this year but Baltimore takes this one.
Pick: Bayhawks
Long Island vs. Boston
Lizards and Cannons split the series this year, Cannons 17-13 in the first one and Liz 18-12 in the second. That game started the LIz on a 3-game win streak to end the season. No question about it, the Cannons can score some points. But the Liz are too good right now. Their D, plus Jalbert carries them to the win.
Pick: Lizards

Baltimore vs. Long Island
Unfortunately, a rematch of the championship game the past 2 years. I wish I could pick differently, but I can't :-) Liz won their season opener agains the 'Hawks 14-12, then dropped the next meeting 13-12. The 3rd meeting was canceled due to lightning. Last year the 'Hawks won the title over the Liz, splitting that series 1-1. It has been shown that Millon can be stopped by a solid defender, and LI certainly has those. Jalbert has looked great all year. 2 time champion, in my opinion...
