high pocket

couple questions...I play attack and is it better to have a high pocket or low pocket and whip or no whip?? It seems like a high pocket has better control and a faster release, and when ive played with whip it seems like my pocket is more consistent and accurate for some reason. So why do attackmen play with low non whip pockets??

they play with those to pass from crease to crease faster, and for quick sticks. having a lower pocket gives you a faster shot

quick sticks , if you ever get into a jam you can pretty much just push the ball out of your pocket

its all preference and neither whip nor no whip give you a faster shot it depends on what your are used to
