a couple of years ago i gave up hockey to play football. but for some reason i had always regretted it, even though i totally love football. But the other day i finnally realized that im happy playing football, and even though hockeys fun, i want to play football in college. I can still skate and play pick up hockey, but i was wondering if you need alot of formal hockey experience to play club hockey in college?

Why would you chose football over hockey, well, that's my preference, and I'm not sure what you are asking, but I don't think you need alot of forma experience if you have skill.

Formal experience? Like do you mean actually have experience playing the game of hockey? I think what you're trying to say is you've played for fun before, and you're certainly capable of playing, but you've never played organized hockey. If thats the case, there's no reason to not try. Life's too short to not try.

was the one season in-house or travel hockey?
if it were travel then u mite have a shot at the club team but if it was in-house ur not going to do very well at the try outs
