It's pretty much a btb but on the other side.

Keep your stick in your hands like you're shooting righty, but go over your left shoulderthen btb with the ball coming out over your right...or reverse all that if you're a lefty...pretty useless, but fun to kill time.

you basicly rap your stick around yourself and try to get the ball to go in the goal.
heres the term used on this page and definition
http://www.insidelacrosse.com/page.cfm?PageRID=130761
here is what is said on the page
"Around The World - A trick shot or pass in which the head of the stick wraps around the front of the player's body, then the back of the player's body before releasing the ball. For a right-handed player, the shot will release on the player's
right side."

I can honestly say I've never practiced around the worlds, and it hasn't hurt my game too badly. Besides, it's really not something worth seriously practicing anyway, as it's not something you would do in a game, so it seems kinda pointless to me. Fooling around its fine too do, but practicing it seems kinda unnecessary.
