my stick is weird. i make a good pocket then i goes in after a day or 2. what would be a good way to make a pocket and keep it good. i dont know if it is because i wet the stick to make the pocket.

post pics. How stiff is your mesh when it isn't wet?

yeah i had the samw problem with mine, if u keep doing what ur doing it will stay i had to do it about 8 or 9 times before it held

I assumed that much, so lemme restate: how broken in is your mesh? If it's new and not broken in, just keep pounding it or put the mesh in fabric softener. Then you won't have to worry about the pocket shrinking back when your mesh hardens up when it dries off from you soaking it.

I would not recommend getting used to playing with a wet stick. If it is straight of the rack, then you need to spend some time pounding and stretching. If you can restring it, that will help reduce the time to break in, but also means it will need some tweaking as the mesh gets worn.
