Ok, this is taken from a former All-American player who ref's my summer league.
He said,
"If want to be an All-American, follow this practice plan-
Play wall ball-
50 throws left, 50 right from 10-15 feet
50 quick sticks left, 50 right
50 BHTB's left, 50 right
Then go to the field and shoot on the run 100 times lefty and 100 times righty, only bounce shots and picked corners."

That's what he said, I'd like to add-
25 gb's lefty, 25 right on the run and shoot.
Sprints going lefty righty lefty right practicing your dodges (i like dodging trees and the mailbox lol)
And basicly, walk around your hosue with the stick in your hands and cradle.
ALL great players did the house thing.
You need to feel like your stick is part of your body to be GREAT, at least that's what he told me.

yea definately run and everywhere u go bring your stick with u and practice cradling. and WAAAAAAALL BALL!!!!!!!you also need to practice keeping your eye on the field and not looking down at your feet or your stick. cradeling needs to become natural without having to look.

BHTB = Behind the back. Mike Powell style. Even if you dont use it, it comes in handy because it builds muscle and gets you more comfortable with your stick.
BTW, the ref said do these 5-7 days a week, he says takes a little more than an hour or two.
