Ok so I'm pretty new to lacrosse and I've been reading around the forums that wallball helps a lot. What exactly do you do when you wallball?

you stand in front of a wall(preferably with gloves and helmet on) and have a catch with your self. aim for a spot on the wall and try to hit it other wise you won't get better. switch hands and practice quick sticks

I use the Pure Powell Wallball Drill found on their website. Sometimes when I'm busy I cut the numbers in half just beacuse it can get rediculously lengthy time-wise. I do the same thing Maki does...if I miss one, I start over.
