ridges on torque throat

what are the point of those stupid ridges on the torque. all it does is make my stick illegal. im thinking about shaving them down with sandpaper or something...

yea i didnt like either so i used a razer and sliced them off then pinched it more...heres what it looks like with them off..

And as you can see in this pic its about the width of the ball now

ohh those are to protect the strings i believe from wear and tear, an easy solution would be to unpinch it a little (not sure if you dealt with it already or not though)

you jsut gotta take your time and mkae sure you dont cut to deep into the head or cut yourself

just unpinch the stick a little bit because without those the strings will not be protected, and they will fray all the time like they do on sticks without those things...'

i have a torque that i pinched and i have never had a problem with these things getting in the way

Plus they hold the ball in which is pretty swell
torque is amazing don't you dare change it after

ya there to protect the strings, and i dont see why you altered it in the begginning by cutting it down and pinching it it didnt really change teh pinch bc those ridges add a lil more pinch and channelled the ball

those ridges dont do anything, its just so people think its a good idea and that gait products are new and cutting edge. they totally suck. not only do they make my stick illegal, but they cause half of my face off moves to not work.

WAT!! Gaits suck??!?!?! Gaits r really cutting edge, they really do protect your strings and make a channelled pocket! and just dont pinch it its already pinched and it wont be illegal
