I am a pertty good defence men but my lacrosse shaft gets me tired fast... I have a al6000 with a av8 head.... i like having a heavy stick because u gain mucle but when my team is 0 and 2 thats not going to work i took more shots then anyone one the team and im defence..... lol i said alot but all i need is a light lacrosse shaft (defence) with a cheap price..... Is the magnem gripflip good....

scandium, dolomite, and kpros are all worth taking a look at. btw, where in cali?

The platinum alloy series (warrior) is surprisingly light. Especially after using the AL.
Cheap too.

the db803 pole isnt expensive and its very very light

first it's magnum flipgrip, sorry no offense misspellings are my pet peeves, well anyways I would recomend any of the kryptos, or an F22 if you can find one.
