does the evo pro get illegal

hey i plan on getting the evo pro and i was just wondering is the head pinched to wear the ball stays in the pocket when its turned upside down or is the head pinched enough to get the pinched feeling with out the illegal stick :read: please help me out on this one and what shaft should i get i was thinkin bout the stx titanium scandium or the warrior levitation

Its legal when you get it and the ball won't get stuck but it will be illegal after some use.

And get either a STX Titanium or Scandium, your choice. But do not get the Levitation, it costs way to much for a shaft that dents right away.

gigo567 nailed it right on the head. The evo pro is legal once brand new, but after a few practices it will be illegal and the ball will not come out. (due to it warping).
I strongly suggest that you do not get an evo pro, my friend in the past year has gone through 2 of them and is on his 3rd one. He is an attackmen, not very aggressive defensively, and only has played in 2 springs seasons with them, no fall ball, summer ball or anything. I could go on and on about him and make my case against the evo pro from my friends experience with it, but its your choice. (personally i would go with a torque, evo 2.0 or a clutch).
As for the shaft get a STX scandium or one of the older STX titaniums, the new STX ti's aren't very strong.
