Yes there is. Search the forums and you'll find several threads where the Baltimore Indoor Lacrosse League is mentioned. Find those threads, and they'll help you out.

smidjen...this seems to be my area so I'll chime in...
The BILL is box of the American variety, meaning no fighting and all the cheap stuff. MANY of the players that play in the fall are the American NLL guys (Philly and NY). It only operates in the fall and winter.
The Rockville place that was mentioned is weak at best. Small indoor soccer fields with uncovered goals and fieldturf (little rubber pellets).
We, the MABLL are opening our REAL box league this summer to try and teach the real box game to the HS age kids. If you are interested, please come join us. More info will be available soon. We are about a 1 hour drive from B'more....
Hope this helps....

you are alowed to fight
High Stick, Boarding, and Fighting are designated Major Fouls and require 3 min penalties. Major penalties will be released at the end of 3 min or after the man-up team has scored two goals. 10 second clear rule still applies to the shorthanded team.

I know that. Its the name of the league. Its a run off of the old Major Indoor Lacrosse League name.
I used to mod this forum from when this site began! I may not be Canadian, but I know what box is. :-p C'mon now! :chuckle:

It may say that in the rules but anyone that fights is usually kicked out. The refs are current and former NLL refs but ref it close b/c of insurance.
Either way, its not the 1v1 "fighting" that Canucks are used to. Its the American "brawling" where the benches clear and everyone has to wrestle with each other....
