So, i have been trying the low to high shoot for a while now, and its getting pretty good. But, i have never been taught properly how to shoot this way. Does anyone have recomendations on what to do to make to perfect this shot and how to make it more accurate? Also what are the basic mechanics that should be used to shot it properly?

Cradle Back, Release the ball later, if you release it faster, its going to go low, hold onto it and it will go high.

I've experimented with a low to high shot in my backyard. Make sure you don't hold on to the ball too long. If you do it will go flying above the goal. Has happened to me many times and did not turn out good. Also try to hold your stick a little higher than you usually would when shooting low.

shoot overhand. Unless your name is Conor Ford a overhand shot is much better. Took me until college to figure that out.

bounce shots are the best but if I wanna go low-to-high for me it's all about finding the right angle to release the ball at. If I release if too low it goes low and if I release too high it's way off, have to find a halfway point, mine is pretty much a sidearm shot
