i bought a bn clutch yesterday and it broke in practice that day. i drove an hour to get the head so im not gonna drive back. if i send it back to brine do i have the option of getting my money back or do i just get a new clutch?

what you can do is get a fax of the receipt from the store if they keep sales on file. or if you payed with a credit card, you can use the statement or check stub with check. it's under a year warranty from purchase date...

if you send it to brine, they will only replace the head for you with another clutch. but if you beg they have swapped out for different heads in the past. i broke 3 cybers in like two weeks, sent them all in for motives instead

i no im kinda hijacking but if i get an stx head from someware and i break it with in 6 months or a year(i don't remebr the time but thats not what im asking.) i just send stx the head and the proof of purcase and then in a week or a couple i get a new 1 in the mail.and if i buy a complete crank shaft and break the head do i also get a new pole.
