Last year the coach at my high school retired, so we had to find a new coach. It was very hard for us to find someone with lacrosse experience, and we had to settle with someone who had very little experience. The problem is that he played D-pole so he knows literally nothing about offense (and the midfield position too). So basically he is just a babysitter while we have to coach ourselves, and since no one on the team is really a lacrosse God, I'm not finding myself progressing too much.

Anyway, I was wondering if there were any ways for me to continue progressing skill wise, even without a coach. I am a freshman, so I am very worried that I could possibly have this coach for all four years of my high school carrer.
Any help is appreciated, and thanks alot in advance!

alright man heres what you can do. number one start reading alot about the sport. magazines like inside lacrosse show new plays and techniques u can use to egt better. Secondly get a net for ur house and shoot around. work passing and shooting on the run with your team and get ur team to attend camps this summer. thats ur best bet.
