i have a few questions. i have been fooling around on the wall an with my friend on underhand shots. im actulyl good at them, im wonderin if my coach would get mad if i shot on our golie underhand in practice? also is shooting over a defender a bad idea? we did 3 on 3 drills an i had no one to pass to so i charged faked a spin an shot over the defenders shoulder......i made it but it was an empty net...the coach didnt say anythign but some players were mad. this 1 is weird but my neck has benn cramping liek my traps. i was wonderin if anyone knew some stretches for them?
