I am relatively new to box and have a hockey helmet with an old mask. I live by syracuse and was wondering of some good companies to buy a new mask from.

Bought my cage from the Lax Shack (www.probosslacrosse.com). They have decent prices, and have all the popular cages in their stock. From the States, however, its much better to call them. Their phone number is listed on the site. Currency exchange rates are a complete pain...

if your over 18, your best bet is going with a nami 20/20 or o'neil. another place i can think of in relative area to syracuse would be mohawk. http://www.mohawkintlacrosse.com/products/FrameSet.htm
EDIT: nevermind, i forgot that the under 18 rule is only in canada. you could probably get it if your under 18 too. I would check first though.

tntlacrosse.com has about five O'Neil cages, (no hardware) in stock right now. I know that their website is down but you could call them.
LaxShack has all of the NOCASE stuff readily available in addition to some sweet field helmets.

I think the original post by CKGoalie12 was about goalie masks.
Fusion, Olie and Itech seem to be the prefferred ones.
