Hey all,
My team plays at the Oakland Yard located in Waterford, MI. Our goalie has decided to hang up his gear after some non-LAX injuries. I filled in for goal during playoffs and still have the bruises to prove it. You goalies are nuts, not something I hope to repeat any time soon. The next season starts the first week of September, last season our games were Wednesday nights 7 or 8 PM.
We are looking for a replacement for him. The league is kind of a weird setup. It's outdoor 5 on 5. 1 attack, 1 defender and 3 midfielders. 50 minute games.
We can even provide some gear if you're in retirement and don't have any (the gear ain't exactly pretty).
