Pinch Issue

Just strung my friend's finalizer and he asked me to unpinch it. He was stupid and tried to pinch it by setting it on the ground and stepping on it. Anyway i boiled it and put the wood block in between it, threw it in the freezer, and it was fine. Later i pounded it and it morphed back to where it started. I reboiled it and now i cant make a pocket. What should i do to eliminate this

wait, you boiled the mesh??? if so, you just need new mesh :dummy:

yea keep it in the freezer for a lot longer than you think you need too. Then let it thaw BEFORE you take the block out. I have had best results with this method.

if it doesnt work ill take the head and try to restring it

did you throw it in the freezer with the woodblock still in it?? if not that could be your problem
