Pre Game Ritual

I know theres been threads about warm up songs and pre game meals but i searched and couldnt find any about what people do with there time before games (not right before obviously, but a couple hours before).
Personally i like to listen to music or watch old game tapes

I like to play a little wallball at home..nothing strenuous..just tossing around..while listening to my ipod.

yeah also now that i think about it before almost every game i retape my stick it might seem like a waste of money/tape/time but i like the feeling of a clean stick idk

i just sit at the field with my ipod on and facing off and practicing my moves and what im gunna do and a little walla ball
