well it seemed that lately everyone was trying there hands at rocket pockets, and since i have my new stuff i thought i would give it a try. i thik the channel is alil uneven, but other than that i think its not bad for a first. tell me what you think... C+C please!!! :monkey:

looks great for a first. Though you did the saddle wrong, and the two sides is one looong piece of crosslace. Not two.

not too bad. A lot of the little intricacies like the saddle and coil (I think) aren't done right, but overall its ok. Your channel needs to stay more consistent in terms of width. It shouldn't just get huge in the middle then shrink down.

it looks better than my first one which i did last week but...
what everyone else already said is true

the twists should be one piece and cross over at the saddle
you did the saddle wrong
the coil is also wrong
midway down the head the channel got too narrow too quick (i dont think you ever want it to be that narrow)

good job though...it looks good

i thank you for all of your imput, and i think its my turn... well first i noticed that alot of you were saying the my channel is wide, then gets narrow really quickly. well remember these are customs, and for me i like a high pocket that the ball dosent move at all. the main reason for the quick narrowing.

and second things were the coil and cradle. well the cradle i did differently on purpous just to see how it would look, and as for the coil i have no clue how to do it.

i think i did my channel alil differently too, idk how you guys do it but i did it with the ball in it. i put the two middle leathers in and then i did my channel. i really dont theink this is right but like i said earlier, the ball dosent move. but thanx again for all the comments!

I don't know how to correctly string a rocket pocket, so all i can say is it looks really good. I like the color selection a lot.
