new gloves and shoulder pads

I am looking for a new pair of gloves and shoulder pads and i was wondering what kind i should by and what are the pros and cons of them.

You mean STX Catalysts. I recommend Brine Spartan or Spartan Core's and Brine Ventilators. Both excellent. Or, perform a search.

gloves stars or freaks

umm i like the old xfactor gels since there 35 at ga then i like xfactor gels for gloves...and so does mike powell, but the new gel sps are nice too there pretty low profile but still protective, and i like the gel gloves a lot bc there really flexible when there broken in and there protective enough and a lot cheaper than freaks or mac daddies, mite even wanna look into the defts cus those look nice
