How Do You Sting And Unstring A Normal Mesh?

I was wondering how to string and unstring a normal lacrosse mesh?

Go to the Tutorial List sticky in the Stick Doctor's Lounge. There are loads of great tutorials there. It's how I learned to string, and I'd recommend it 100%.
