IM NEW TO THE AREA AND THE SPORT LACROSSE

hey all.i just moved to austin and im going to go to Cedar Park High School and was thinking bout going out for the lacrosse team.any tips or anything to do cuz i reall have no clue.info is appreciated.

o when i went to the school orientation they said they are but id believe the players word b4 the teachers.

well even if your school doesnt have a team, there is always leagues and club teams to play in. I recommend that you get a friend or schoolmate to teach you how to play.

get a stick, watch an mll game and watch how they throw/ catch. then get on the wall throw it off the wall and catch it about 50 times with BOTH hands. it wil prepare you so you dont look stupid out there

ya just buy a stick and practice...most guys in high school have been playing for years....its a tough time to start so practice as much as possible b4 the season. also if they have a winter or fall league join
