faceoff help

my coach wants me to try faceoffs, but i have no idea what to do i..i have seen it done but im basically completly lost. anything will help me, like how to do it, good ways for a beginner..ways to get better. thanks

there is a thread on just what you're asking for...the faceoff thread i think its called. i think RIT made it. it tells you everything (basically) that you need to know for facing off.
