What is the actual definition of warding? Today I was going to the goal, went to change directions, fell in the mud (our field sucks) and when i was falling my arm hit the kid who was checking me. I get up and the ref calls a ward on me. Is that going to happen every time or was it a questionable call?

Most likely it was questionable call a lot of time reffs will call you if your going one handed and you either fall into some one or run through them
