ok heres the deal at my school right every1 says lacrosse is a wussy sport right a real **** sport, and theese guuys play field hockey, afl, and cricket. it really gives me the ****s when people at school say this to you they havent even played one game and they would'nt even last 1 quater.. SO recently ive been getting a bad rep for beating a guy.. he said to me " oh yeah lacrosse wat a wussy sport get a real sport" SO i turned around and said to him "Oh yeah well how bout this" and punched him in the nose breaking his nose in two places...

i felt like showing my anger

yeah AFL is tough....i hate field hockey and baseball is crickets ugly step child....ahem (american game in rejection to the english in post-revolutionary times).

Rugby is awesome I'm playing on a men's league team when I turn 18 although I'm going 2 just join next year. Field hockey is actually kinda fun I tried out for are schools team after I lost a bet and it wasn't that bad. And being around all thoose girls all the time wasn't a bad deal. Cricket is somewaht interesting don't fully understand it but it looks better than baseball. But lacrosse is better than all of them with rugby a close seconds but those r the 2 best sports there r period.

Most Baseball fansm are Snobish when it comes to Lax. They Hate all other sports. Cricket sinx. Field hockey sux. And aussie Football is tough but it still ain't isn't close to Lax.

We have some baseball plays at my school who think they are pretty tough. Whenevr they diss lacrosse...I ask them a question: "When you get hit by the ball when your up to bat you get to walk to first base, right" They respond by saying yes, then you point out that when a lacrosse ball drills either a goalie, or a middy/defense that happens to get in the way, it's part of the game, no merificul walking to first.

By the way, has anyone ever taken a low shot off the shin? :cussing those hurt like a mo

Baseball would only even becom close to compareable to lacrosse if:

1) More teams trying to beat each other up.
2) The only person running wasn't the batter and the guys in the out-field.
3) The pitcher TRYS to hit the batter.
4) Players run around hitting each other with bats.

Then MAYBE I would watch baseball.

I played lax with a kid from Long Island who had this great t-shirt that said, "Friends don't let friends play baseball. Play Lacrosse!"

As for baseball vs. lacrosse, imagine Randy Johnson throwing a fastball at your head from 10 feet away. 30 times a game. Doh!

Hahaha, that was a good laugh. I defianetly agree. I'm using these next time a baseball player starts acting up. Excep to add to #1..i'd make it more bench clearing brawls...because whenevr one of those is on ESPN..they get pretty intense.

those photos on here are great. i think if anyone has a problem with people saying crap about lacrosse at school. just print some of those out, make a flyer with a pic like that on there and put them up in school advertising for your next game. that way people will actually get an idea.
