This past Saturday i had a home lax game. we were playing great. it was the best we had played this season. we were up 8-1 in the third quarter when the opposing coach started getting real ticked off at the reff. he said our players were kicking his team when they were on the ground-which was total bull. the coach said that if the ref didn't start calling the game he was taking his team and leaving. i thought he was bluffing but the next minute he called his team off the field and they left! i just stood there. i wanted to finish the game and i felt as if i had been deprived. this game was a chance for a lot of first years who don't get to play to have their opportunity. we won 8-1 but it felt the other way around. it sucked! Has anyone else experienced this? what were your feelings?

I think this should be in the officiating form?? I'm not really sure...

But no man that sounds like it was pretty exciting...Not in a good way. But lots of drama...

wow that coach is a loser, i would quit if i was on his team.

but against a team i played yesterday (randolph, nj) a kid told me that his coach didnt care that they were lsoing (like 3 minutes left in 4th quarter). Then we called a tiem out to set a play to score(winning like 7-4) and after the time out i told one of their attackman and he told their coach and he was like whatever we lost

Last season we had a team just flat out forfeit a week before the game. The coach sent our coach an email that read something allong the lines of "I'm not going to bother playing your team. You guys are going to kill us, i don't want to put my kids thoguh that"

haha oh my god thats hilarious.

he's retarded. he should take the opportunity to play a team that will whoop on him as a privilege of experience. i would love to play a team like Boy's Latin or West Genesee. granted i know we will lose horribly, the experience to not only watch, but play against a team like that would be great. i'm sure i would learn alot.

Last year, at a basketball game, all of us student hecklers in the crowd forced our cross-town rivals from gym. we chanted 'warm up the bus' and 'its all over', and they left in the middle of the third quarter, with a score along the lines of 65-20
