Sounds like it should be a good game. Guys will know they have to lay it all on the line. I can't wait to watch it.

so is this basically the two teams that the Gaels put on the floor for the classic? or two teams that are made up of players that are almost on the team?

They have to be Favorites for the Founders this year. I can't think of anyone close to them this year, and don't say Saints because that would make me laugh.

the saints out played the gaels in the classic. their goaltending was better as was their defence, they didnt take dumb penalties the other teams took, and they look to have a pretty set offence being run through adamson. But that was just a pre season tourney and 3 of teh 5 gaels keeps were playing their first junior caliber lacrosse.

true say, although some of the stupid penalties were takin' by players that will not be playing for the Gaels this summer, and were just trying out. A good reason some of those penalties were takin' was because like 3 out of the 5 goalies without experience, some of the players the did not have experience and lacked the skills to defend some of the more skilled players

I agree, and on top of that, the Gaels squad was split into two teams while the Saints were using the main roster.
As for the offence being run through Adamson, I love the kid, but he was a Gael reject two years in a row. Saints set-up man/one of their top players is some guy the Gaels didn't even want?

i wonder what kind of performance we will get out of Cudmore this year, after how well he did with Edge last fall, hopefully he can bring his skills into the arena and light the lamp some more

You will get out of Cudmore what you always get from him, 120%. He was arguably the teams best player last year as a first year Junior player. He doesn't score much in box as he is mainly defencive/transition, but he is a leader. The Gaels are lucky to have him as he should probably be playing Jr A.

Why the coaching staff change at the 11th hour?
