Seattle, defiantly. No offense, but lacrosse needs to expand westward more than anything. If Seattle got a MLL team, and as big as Seattle it, the sport woudl defiantly grow

Yeah you did leave out the midwest, although i would love to see a team come to chicago it would probably be smarter for the MLL to first expand west in maybe seattle or denver and work there way in. Or they could even go for the southeast.

well since i am almost in washington then i will have to say seattle, it will give me the best chance to go see a game. but i think denver could have one, also they are not building a new lacrosse stadium is a soccer stadium, we should clear that up right now. its meant right now for teh pro soccer team as well as YOUTH soccer and lax.

HOW ABOUT NC??? You could put a team in CHarlotte or maybe Raliegh. Other than NC i think anywhere in Texas would be good and chicago would also be a good city.

Denver. They have shown in the NLL that they have the biggest fan base in all the NLL in just 2 years. They also have the facilities.

Dude, living in Utah is ahrsh but don't bash the MLS. It's quickly becoming one of the best soccer leagues in the world.

soccer just doesnt do it for me. Too low scoring and too hard to score. In the 3 hours it takes to watch, you get excited for 3 minutes.

I am not sure how san diego got left out considering they are one of the 4 cities that are vying for a spot for 2006 expansion. they have the best lacrosse teams in california right now. Colorado is good too because they could use DU's stadium

the problem is that soccer is not an american sport by any means. look at the best teams in the world. They arent american and thats why soccer will not ever be a large professional passion in the USA

The MLS i guess is becoming a better league, however, I think (and my friend who is a very good soccer player) the English Soccer League is better.

as a chicago lax player i, needless to say, would love to see a chicago mll team. and while im on the topic- any entrepreneurs who are lookin to get some big cash i am sending a plea for your help in gettin some lax stores. the sports authority doesnt cut it and the 1 lax store out here sucks and has absolutely no inventory. anyways...take chicago lax and its market seriously.

there are so many cities in the mid west that should have a team
in ohio alone there are 2 great markets in columbus or even cleveland ( i would prefer cleveland)
chicago is also a booming area
and you still have lots of michagan like detroite

I think it would be a good move to move to either Detroit or Denver but in both cities the fans are going to be more excited for the upcoming football seasons than the lacrosse season which would be the only problem I could see. I think though with such popular hockey teams and from what I've seen people who like hockey tend to like lacrosse I think a team could possibly do well in either place.

I'd like a team in Hartford, but CT had a team in Bridgeport that ended up moving so the chances of a team going back to CT aren't very good I just think a team would've done better in Hartford rather than Bridgeport.

i would say either denver or detroit also. i voted detroit, b/c its not that far from the east coast, and i know theyd do as well as a team in columbus. denver would do great, its just too far right now. maybe a wild west game or two out there until things are more established. here in ohio, id rather have the team be in columbus, only b/c cleveland isnt AS big as the area around columbus is with lax, and plus theyd be using the crew stadium. but who know in a few years? it could be like how we have two NFL teams in our state. but who knows. columbus, chicago, detroit, and st. louis i think would be great markets for new teams. thats 4 great places for them to look.

need an ohio team. best bet would be columbus but it would be sweet if a team was put in cleveland since i live so close. i would probly get season. i think a team in any of the cities mentioned would do okay- but LA, seattle, and denver would do the best. detroit already has the Pistons, Red Wings, Tigers, Lions, and the WNBA team.

If you're talking midwest, St. Louis could host a team. Lacrosse is growing very quickly and St. Louis already hosts a lot of big events. i.e. USLIA championships like the past five years, national senior showcase for high school, and they have a fall tournament with at least 4 big D1 colleges.
