im having some trouble gettin my behind the back passing/shooting down correctly.. with my behind the back shot i can hit net and all but its so slow it wouldnt be worth doing in a game and when i try to pass with the behind the back it always seems to go to the players feet or way over his head.. any tips on fixing this?

Keep your shoulder still were your shoulder is pointing is were the ball is going to go

if you want speed rotate your shoulders and kinda hit the stick on your shoulder right before it comes out of the stick, it just takes time to get used to the accuracy part

Yea I rotate my shoulders pretty hard to get power but if you do that you sometimes over rotate your shoulders and the pass/shot wont be accurate. You just have to practice with rotating your shoulders and timing it so that you release at the right point. And I do think there is a guide on laxnation.com.

A BHTB doesn't have to be fast, just unexpected. Use it as a one timer and you can score quite a bit.

Also, practice makes perfect...so with anything, just practice it tons and tons and you'll get it. You can read how to do it, but until you actully practice it enough to get it in your brain, it will be hard.
Speaking of which I need to practice this too...

use your wrists to flip the ball and dont move your body as much as you think you should
its hard to explain but you have to run and then....well can you pass behind the back well? you know hit it off your arm...well you bring the stick like that but you sorta throw it...ahh its kinda hard to explain
