i am trying to figure out what to eat on game day to give me the most energy and all that good stuff...what do you guys suggest and what do you eat on game days? does it help?

Eat pasta the day before. But before a game I usaully eat a granolla bar.

i usually eat pasta till im about to throw up about 4 hours before game time.... i feel like i could run all day long during the game

pasta for the night before then a good breakfast like toast with eggs then at skool eat the better for you food instead of the good food before the game eat somethin small like a candy bar

Night before eat pasta and bread (carb load).
Game day, no carbs-they'll weigh you down. Breakfast-eggs and maybe a piece of toast. Lunch-cheese and lunch meat, an apple or banana, and some raw veggies. on the bus on the way to the game, or about an hour before warm ups-have half a power bar. Be sure to drink tons of water all during the day.
