After I practice shooting for an extended amount of time my hips hurt and feel weak. Almost like I am an old person hobbling around. I figured this is probably from repetitive wear on the hips from the wind up of the shot.
Has anyone else had problems with their hips resulting from shooting. I did some research and on webmd.com i discovered it may be tendinosis, which is not the same as tendonitis.
I have had pain in my hips before from ski racing so I concluded that it would be tendonosis over itis because of the following.
"Most tendon injuries are a slow-healing series of microtears (tendinosis) that weaken a tendon, often causing pain, stiffness, and loss of strength."
Microtears really sounded right. Anyway, I was wondering if this is possible, has anyone else had these problems, or am I just experiencing pain and being a puss?
Thanks here's the link to webmd
