topstring tutorial

i just want a simple one (like the one from oranges) but for some reason giant red X's have stolen the pictures when i try to look at his tut. are there any seperate/similar topstring tutorials? i looked, didnt find anything, just the "fancy" triangle versions.

Pick up a copy of Inside Lacrosse-two issues ago or three issues ago. McCool goes over all of the basic topstring styles.

Or, go to Orange's big mesh tutorial, and he explains the basic topstring too.
