Ball and Knife Trick

I know there is some stuff on this and this is probably going to be closed, but when you put the knife in, where do you put it?

between the side wall string and the head
and but the ball under it. And this is placed where you want your pocket to be.

You may want to stretch the mesh (I assume you strung mesh) and form the pocket by using a bat. Just place the bat on the ground with the barrell facing straight up. Hold the head firmly and push down to form a pocket. Move the head at least two or three positions to create a nice bag.

I do this to every head I string - works like a charm. Use the knife/ball deal to maintain the pocket (or just hit the wall . . .)
