I'd imagine it gets more competitive every year. Best advice I can offer--play wallball on a daily basis, regularly take shots at Beese Park, work CONSTANTLY on your weak(er) hand, and completely sell out at your Barrington practices, so selling out at tryouts will be second nature for you.

One of these years, I'll get a (teaching) job at Barrington. I subbed there the last 2 years, before I got a gig in Peoria. I'm sure (Jason) Kaiser can help you out, too. He played T.I. back in his Fremd days, I believe.

You guys better have a good year--none of this losing to Highland Park nonsense like last year. Get back to the F4 where Barrington belongs!

ANYWAYS! TI tryouts for west were today. team doesn't look half as strong as last year, but the defense looked pretty sick and middies are all solid. attack might be a little weak but we'll see. goalies are pretty sick too.

west is sort of a joke. we are nothing compaired to last year, but our D looks sick. a total of 9 stc kids made it. some arn't that good though. is there another cut today?
