i dont know about you folks but this is my situation and this is my first year actually playing in a league so it might just come with experience but do any of you guys give the game every freaking thing you have? you hustle till you are about to start convulsing but nothing ever seems to happen to you! Like you sprint everywhere and with everything you have and you never get oppurtunities to score... or when you get a pass on offense nothing ever happens. does this happen to any of you? is there anything i can do?

well if you never get opportunities to score and if you think nothing happens when you get the ball your wrong, lacrosse is the fastest sport on 2 feet and everyone on your team should be cutting and moving around to get open, and if your team fails to do anything like that you should have an outlet pass or just take the ball to the cage yourself, if your team doesn't understand the concept of a working offense then take things into your hands, if your team gets pissed at you for being a ball hog then tell them to start moving and maybe they will get some goals also, so just because no one is doing anything to help you out show them you want to win and take the game into your own hands. It also sounds like you don't have a very experienced team and if they really don't understand it that much then try to teach it to them, and even if they talk about how its only your first year then tell them you actually know what your talking about and if you want to start winning they better listen, because from what your saying literally nothing is happening on your offense and if you want to be successfully you need a decent offense if you have a sick defense so basically the morale of my little story is if no one is doing anything to help you take the game into your own hands and maybe other people will want to help you out a little.
