Can someone please explain the following scenarios in regard to keeping the ball in the box during the final 2min. Team A is ahead in both situations.
1. Team A is warned to keep it in. Team B checks an attackmans stick and the ball lands outside the box. Is this illegal procedure and Team B's ball ? I say yes but not sure.
2. Team A must keep it in. The ball becomes loose. After severall players try to scoop up the ball it rolls out of the box. Is it Team B's ball ?

1&2. If team A touches the ball before B gets possession, B is awarded possession. see rule 6-10 article 2b. Team A may retrieve ball out of box only after a shot or deflection.

1) If the stick check causes the ball to leave the box, it should go to B - good play! (Similar to legally pushing him out of the box).
2) If you can determine who caused the ball to exit the box, that would be the deermining factor IMM. If B, A can get it. If A, give the ball to B.

Question: NCAA rule book states the two exceptions to leaving the box are on a shot or a deflected pass by the defense. Would a loose ball that is kicked/knocked out of the box qualify as a pass being deflected? From the way it reads, it seems that situation 2 should always go to B if A touches it before B gains possession out of the box....

Yes.
A loose ball that is kicked or otherwise knocked out of the box is not a deflected pass. Therefore the attack cannot recover the ball w/o violating the stalling rule.

Actually, there was a COC bulletin that changed it back to the ambiguous "defelction by the defense" IIRC.

I think you use some common sense here. If the ball is loose in the box and you can see that it was the defense that caused it to exit the attack area (kicking or attempting to scoop) the attack should have the opportunity to go pick it up. At least that is how I interpret the intent of the rule of "defelction by the defense:

Actually, I concede you are right for NFHS. The rule actually says deflection by the defense, not deflected pass. So if the defense touch causes the ball to leave the area, the offense should be able to pick it up. My bad.
