south florida select u-17

how many people try out for the south florida select u-17 team?
and is it hard to get on the team? I am about 99% sure im not going to make it but i guess its a learning experience for me and i was wondering what are the standards to get on?

well im going to the try out on sunday it should be good... but im not sure about u-17 im 15 and i know that there are only 20 kids per team.. but there is like a blue and silver im pretty sure the blue is better and they got 20 kids two.. sooo the compettion will be good

Check out Xtreme lacrosse in Parkland. It is about half the price of Select, and will be doing a couple of tournaments and a great coaching staff.

The Parkland Xtreme select lacrosse team has tryouts/registration/practices starting tonight. Monday, May 14th is the U11 from 5:30 - 7:30 and U13 from 7:30 - 9:30. Tuesday, May 15th is U15 from 5:30 - 7:30 and U17/U19 from 7:30 - 9:30. Everything is being held at the Pine Trails Park in Parkland.

Yes, Parkland Xtreme is like South Florida Select, but for about half the money. They have games scheduled against south florida select and the other select teams in florida. Also, they will be going to a couple of tournaments in Baltimore over the summer.

Yes, you can still tryout. The next practice is tuesday, may 22nd at 7:30 PM at pine trails park in parkland. If interested, then get to that practice.
