current haed specifications?

i keep searching and all i find is girls head specs, and the 2009 rule change. a lot of guys on my team are gettin busted for illegal sticks. i unpinched my torque a little, but i wanna know if it is still illegal. please give me a link or tell me what the lacrosse head specs for men are. thanks.

at least 6.5 inches across at its widest point....and the ball must fall out if you turn it upside down and sideways

it must also roll out freely near at the bottom and scoop
