tryout advice

ive only been playing lax for about 2 years and have only stuck to house league because my dad doesnt want to drive me to tournys. I know how to pass good, catch good, play good defense and offense and move the ball around. Im trying out tomorrow for competitive and just would like to know what are some things that coaches like to see.

hard work, always give 110%, and good communication with the other players on your team is a plus during scrimmage/games
