Nintendo Wii is definatley not overrated. It is the most fun I have had out of any video game for a long time. When you can have 3 buddies over, and just play the best multiplayer games(besides Halo) and joke each other for 4 hours, and then do the same thing with you're parents or grandparents. That is not overrated.

i think that sandstorm the song is DEAFINETLY NOT overrated at all. its banned from all dances in kentucky because we had mosh pits where we punched chaperones haha :crazy: but i would say ovverated is: probably hybrid cars haha and underated is deafinetly MOPEDS

i hate to say it, but high school sports. nobody takes interest to people/things/events at our school unless they are somehow sports affiliated. i am a multisport athlete, so i suppose it shouldnt bother me too much though.

The Zen Vision M owns the Ipod. I use mine to store photos for backup if computer crashes. Plus its kinda nice to have a nice backround. Sound quality on many Mp3 players tops the Ipod. playlist features are better. Being able to delete songs. Record off the radio. Many more file types then ipod. longer battery life. There you go things that are better then ipod.

When I saw this thread my first thought was iPods. Everyone who doesn't have a brain in my school thinks it goes like this: iPods>Other MP3s. Makes me mad because players like the Toshiba GigaBeats and Zen Vision Ms are very under-rated, while they are very good, if not better than the iPod (That's totally opinion). But Creative is said to have the best sound, way better than Apple's iPod.

Another over-rated thing is Celebrities. It's stupid how girls at my school talk about gossip that doesn't even affect them in any way (i.e. OMG! Like Ben Affleck is going out with...).

Last thing: Cell Phones. (Once again) Girls at my school buy cell phones by how they look. If there was a "pink edition" of some stupid phone with a horrible camera, no TV capabilities, and a bad interface, as long as it looks "cute" they buy it. Companies rip people off so badly it's not even funny. Telus, a network that is very common in Canada tried to give my 18 year old sister these stupid fees which totaled more than 300$. Luckily, my dad deals with Telus through his company (Satelites etc...). Let's just say Telus is in big trouble...

I'll have to check it out. I realize that the ipod has really bad sound quality, but when you're shuffling through 60 gigs of music...the ipod interface is the best bar none. The only thing that would make me get the zen vision over the ipod is the fact that battery life is longer.

Ipods aren't overrated...yea the sound quality isn't the best but the interface and the style at which you use it is much easier than most Mp3's. I go into some stores and look at new Mp3's and i can barely get from the playlists to the library, it hurts my brain using Mp3 players lol. About the I-Pods, You can store ANYTHING on Ipods. It just can't play and operate the other files. You can store anything in the hardrive, for example games, etc. and you can use them on other computers. The Ipod is just a zip drive that can play music.
