My teacher asked this the other day and half the kids said grey and the other half said gray. Is there a right or wrong?

dictionaty.com says it can also be spelt grey so both are correct, i always used grey

i use gray because one of my friends last name is gray so im used to spelling it that way

It's grey for me. Gray is a name.
I always thought us brits always said grey and you yanks said gray. Shows how wrong i am.
