question for someone more brainy with computers than I

normally I am not one to ask for help with computer stuff, but this has got me boggled... so there's gotta be someone here who can help me. How in the world do i take a screenshot of an external monitor running on an extended desktop. I've searched apple.com and the discussion boards and I've got nothing, just a bunch of idiots asking "how do i take a screenshot?" but I know how to do that, now I need to figure out how to do it for my other monitor. thanks.

so you have two monitors? why dont you use desktop manger? its the best program ever invented. As for your question, I have no idea.

thanks... yes i have two monitors, it's much easier to photo edit with two monitors. The whole point is that I can see what I am doing on both at the same time, not switching between them.

Geez, I'm like, oh, computer help, this are just dorky lacrosse players. And then it's you asking the question, and I'm like, Brent knows Macs way better than I do as it is, AND Adobe everything. However, I will ask my brother for you, or my dad. My dad has one monitor switching between two PCs, one running Windows and one running Linux, and my brother is a CS major that knows all, so they should be able to help.

haha thanks dan. but i hardly know adobe everything, I don't even know a whole lot about PS compared to real photoshoppers out there.
