ive been looking foward to this since they announced it was happening however long ago

mayweathers from grand rapids, which is close to me so ill probably be rooting for him when i pay per view the fight

and for this fight im choosing De La Hoya. It seems that he is always doubted before his matches and comes out victorious

He was 89 and 7 as an amatuer. All 7 matches he lost by one point. He's undefeated pro, something like 30 fights. He's basically mike tyson in 150lb form.

after watching de la hoya's last fight, im definately picking him. i couldnt care less about meriwethers record.

im not much into boxing either, but i got into his last fight.. did anyone else? that other latino guy was talking lots of crap and de la hoya showed him up. hmm meriweather has been notorius for talking. im rooting for a repeat.
