oh, im one of the better players on my team, of all freshman, i can throw, catch, cradle, and dodge, all with out dropping the ball which would be a big advantage to my team if i wasnt playing goalie.

Any ways, on my birthday we lost 14-1 i think, my coach said "our defense parted like the red sea" they would just let the a-wings come in

My high school team isn't that talented at all. We have maybe 34 guyss on Varsity and JV combined, plus we haven't won a game in like 23402835 years.

ummm went 0-14. won 2 but didnt count toward the season. Im not ganna say we suck though because you cant expect a first year team to do much anyways. Most of us just started lacrosse for the first time including me! Could of won a couple but we always had those newbie mistakes late in the game. Maybe next year

When my high school first opened up, we went 0-12. Two years later we managed to get to the state semi-finals. Just gotta work hard.

Dont get down just yet man. Lemme tell you the (brief) history of prowler lacrosse.

2006- 0-14 in league, with one non-league win. Hardly any players, very few serious players, and an overall losing season.

2007- Lots of hard work, sweat, and wallball later, a 6-6 record. Not spectacular, but the end of the season is where the true improvement came. 7-6 upset over a league power, then a first round victory in the playoffs. We're heading into friday's semifinals as a "rags to riches" team as another coach put it.

New programs are bound to have rockyu starts. But dont give up. Work hard, play hard, and never quit, and next season you'll take that losing record and flip it around.

Do what my team did, try and get other places near you to get teams and then you can beat them and get better. It took us 3 years to get a winning record.

we were there just 3 years ago with only 1 experienced player...we still have a long way to go but we are clearly better.

you can do that kind of stuff out west because if you are athletic and work hard youll be good no problem...the thing is in the east mad kids play from really young so only best athletes with the best sticks are representing their town school.
