Here it is the Super woodie. I may not be stronger than a regular wood shaft but sure does look sweet.

the second pic is a little blury but it says SUPERMAN. Also if anybody wants another one of these I will be glad to make one because the paint was a lot of money for paint.

no it is not it is oil base paint I really didnt think about it but oil base paint gives you alot more colors

but its probably going to come off. stained colors would be a better idea, but oils will give you more color options.

Looks cool. I would be wary of paint rubbing off like EHSLAX has stated. Stain comes in a multitude of colours including blue and red so I don't see that as being an obstacle. I know for a fact that Minwax Water based stain comes in approximately 75 colours. If you don't believe me, take a look. I believe you have to ask the store to mix most of them which is why you probably don't see them on the shelf.http://www.minwax.com/products/woodstain/waterbased-color.cfm
