You probley can't but I would measure the distance for a short stick and cut it and make it that.

If you do manage to bend it back, it will be really weak. So, either live with the bend or cough up some cash.

you can put the butt end on the ground and stand on it or put it in a vice

Happened to me with my AL600, so i cut it into a longer short stick, and also happened to my Zirconium, its now my main short stick.

You can bend them back. I did it twice, and have no reason to believe that it makes them stronger, but that's what I hear.

you mean weaker?

Yea, just measure it and cut it to a A/M. Then sell that to help finance for a new pole.

Alright this exact same thing happened to me. I bent mine back into pretty good shape. It wasn't perfectly straight but it was definitely good enought o play with. You have to get some kind of long metal pipe that will fit into the stick when the head is not attached. This makes it straighten back out. (You should leave this pipe in there for a few days after you do all this stuff.) Then you need to put the shaft in some kind of vice grips or something that will hold it really tightly in a semi-stationary position. Then you just gotta push on it and smack it with a hammer until it gets back into at least somewhat decent shape. This does all depend on how bent it is. Mine was only bent to like a 5 to 15 degree angle so I got mine to go back. After all this though, I still ended up buying a new shaft cause I was afraid that the bent one would be really weakened and warped from all the beating I did on it.
