I am going to just have to say the Trakker Pro pocket.I love that pocket,it is reliable,gives a deep(still legal)pocket,and it also gies a nice high pocket.I love Trakker pro-but since that wasn`t up there,I just said Trakker.

hard. it is so damn simple. if it throws bad there are hardly any varibles to change. keeps a consistant pocket and is so nice once its broken in.

any hard mesh, and definetely not Brine Monster mesh. It gets saggy on me, and then whips like crazy, I never had any problems with Normal mesh/trad. Trakker is not my cup of tea but its decent, good bad weather pocket for trad players. All in all anything but Monster mesh.

I loke the corner pocket best. The reason is that it offers the best of both mesh and traditional. I also believe that mesh should not touch the sidewall strings so that the shooting strings are easier to install, therefore traditional sides and mesh middle.

Now that I figured out how to string it, Traditional and all of its variants are my favorites. You just can't beat the hold that they give.

Hard mesh is my vote. Ive had the same piece in my one proton for years and i wont take it out until it deteriates or throws horribly(probably not going to happen)

I do use the wood stick in box lacrosse. I figure that since the sport was invented by Natives, why not use sticks made by them. Also, I may be biased towards box, and about more than half of the box goalies I've seen use the wood stick in Canada.

However, I use the plastic stick in field lacrosse.

Hard mesh IMO, It is much more consistant than a traditional pocket and just easy to string up real quick. I love the way hard mesh throws.

depends on alot of stuff....and whether or not you can string your own stick for the trad especially. I'd say that all maintenance aside, I'd go for double traditional. A beast in the upkeep department, but so perfectly tunable...for more practical terms, I'd go for hardmesh for most, maybe monstermesh for d.
