Is there a headchecking penalty in lax like in hockey. i know in hockey it is a games miscondict and usually a suspention. But today in my field game i absolutely demoloshied a kid in a scrum, it literally head on shoulder? so is headchecking legal in lax?

if its your head on somebody's shoulder its like spearing.

You aren't supposed to check the head. The ref might have missed it.

Your head into the opponent is spearing (a variation of illegal bodycheck) and draws a non-releasable penalty. Most refs go with 2 or 3 minutes because it is so dangerous.
Your shoulder or forearm into the opponent's head is an illegal bodycheck, because it is above his shoulders. Making this call has been a NCAA point of emphasis forever. Zero tolerance.
Your crosse into the opponents is either slashing or crosse-checking, depending upon which part of the crosse you use. Also a zero tolerance point of emphasis.
If you weren't flagged in your game, the ref must have missed it due to how many people were in the scrum.
