Hey, I was wondering what kind of things you all do in the off season to stay in shape. I run cross country for my high school and it's done wonders for my endurance but slowed down my sprints a bit. Do you do any other sports or extra stuff to stay ready for the season?

i play other sports and work out in between those seasons and run
i feel like soccer is a great sport if you're looking to keep up your fitness/sprints

I almost always have basketball or lacrosse. Basketball is nice because a lot of the concepts carry over into lacrosse. When I don't have anything I run long distance and sprint, alternating the days.

I play basketball. It's a lot like women's lacrosse. It really helps with your defense position, quickness, and it helps you stay in shape.

I'm not saying you should get this..
But on Behind Lacrosse we heard about Corey Crane's book.
It is actually a good book. It's on lacrosse-strategies.com. Lots of stuff in there.

If you're not interested in spending money, then I suggest waiting for more replies.
